DESCRIPTION:Individual designs on white silk – based on quilt patterns, areas are designed with fineliners, colored with Japanese ink pens. This innovative technique was used in Claudia’s award-winning quilts Fern Rising, Fractal and Boteh Symphony. The basic class will cover the basics, preparations, silk behavior, color theory, and basic patterns on a circle. This can later be applied to a background.\nLet Claudia inspire, motivate and encourage you – lots of ideas, tips and design tricks.\nClaudia will guide you step by step to learn various motifs, including opulent ornaments, striking leaves and flowers, and much more – expand your design repertoire.\nTicket cost includes lunch and course materials ( 7 pencils and silk )and is free of charge.\nPlease bring: Sketchpad, Fineliner 0.5 and 0.8, small ruler, scissors, paper scissors and good mood!\nDue to the current Covid -19 situation, the 2 G rule applies ( vaccinated or recovered).\n\n
