Scrapology

From a spontaneous idea I used all the leftovers and remnants of my show quilts of the past years. I stitched the silk-scraps into stripes arbitrarily and without a plan. Certainly the parts from the show quilts can be recognized.
The edge border is composed of the darker remaining pieces and stands out in color from the inner part.
Intense background Quilting in combination with spirals and surfaces underlines the impression of a scrap quilt.
